Processing and delivery:

The estimated processing time it takes me to dispatch your order is 1-2 working days.
Once processed and shipped, Royal Mail estimates for delivery worldwide are as follows:

United Kingdom (Tracked 24): 1-2 working days
Europe (International Tracked): 3-5 working days
Worldwide (International Tracked): 5-7 working days

During busy periods such as the holiday season, orders may take longer to process due to high demand.

International customers (outside the UK):

Occasionally international orders may be delayed due to Customs. I am not responsible for delays from Customs or Royal Mail as this is unfortunately out of my control. International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations:

If you are not happy with your order, or your item arrives damaged, please contact me and I will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

Cancellations will be accepted only in select circumstances, and cannot be accepted once products have been dispatched. Please contact me asap if you have any problems with your order and I will do what I can to help solve the issue.

Not yet received your order?

Please contact me if you have concerns about your order, or have not yet received your order. I will do my best to rectify the situation, but unfortunately delivery issues and delays are in the hands of the Postal Service and outside of my control.

For international customers outside of the UK, delays may also be caused by Customs, who may hold parcels for days, weeks or even months. Again, this is out of my control.

If your item is still missing after the following time has passed I will offer a replacement or refund:

UK: 15 working days
Europe: 20 working days
Rest of the World: 25 working days
